Restaurant Amass

Amass is probably one of the most sustainable restaurants in the world. WIth a circular, zero-waste approach to running the kitchen and a nano-farm in front, owner and head chef Matt Orlando means business when it comes to sustainability. The restaurant even has an almost mythological Organic Gold Certificate from the danish food authority. We were comissioned to make a small interview and film about Matt's approach to sustainability, targeted at stakeholders, investors and gastro-nerds alike.
